What would a World 7.0 look like?

Look at the world now: you will see an amount of chaos, violence, ignorance, poverty, destruction of nature, no need to say more.

Chaos has patterns, and they emerge when we start taking some distance and look for them.

When we watch our current world and categorise what we see, civilisation, societies, leadership, governance, and education, we can see patterns emerging from the chaos over time. These memes or world views can be categorised, and a vector of development becomes visible. Development or evolution is not linear but seems to happen in leaps. We are putting version numbers on these steps and explain how and why these become predictable when we start understanding the underlying structures and stages. Currently, we live in world versions 1.1 to 4.0 at best. A version 7.0 is a big leap, but a stage where Humanity will have learned most of the essential things that will allow all of us to have a quality life.

Here, we are not listing problems or scholarly categorising but elaborate on possible solutions, roadmaps and put together toolboxes for all generations, current and to come. We believe that understanding the nature of the evolution of our world is key to stop complaining and start doing something with an impact on the futures.

We need to accept the idea that GenZ Alpha and the following will have to clean up the mess that the Silent Generation of old impotent buggers, Boomers and Millennials are leaving behind. The best we can do for them now is to leave a toolbox and a roadmap and teach girls about leadership and boys about empathy.

The idea behind our futurism-oriented network is going beyond imagining flying taxis everywhere and Mars colonies, and to give the young people the right tools and methodologies to shape the futures they want, not our 19/20th century silly dreams.
